Can I order a custom sign that is not in your shop?

Our designs are not limited to those posted in our shop - please take a look at some of our work posted on Facebook and Instagram and send us a message if you would like something custom designed and painted.

How do I customize my order?

During the checkout process please leave a detailed comment with your customization in the box provided. If details are missed please email us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Do the designs come with hardware attached?

We do not ship our designs ready to hang. For safety reasons we ask you to explore your options and find the most suitable hardware to hang your design in your space.

Where do you ship?

Currently we ship throughout Canada Via Canada Post.

When can I expect my order?

We currently have a 3-4 week turn around for custom orders, however we do our best to complete the order before that time frame.


If you need a rush order please contact us and we will determine at that time if we are able to accommodate.


Orders are shipped on Mondays Via Canada Post.


You will receive a tracking number once your design is placed in the mail at this point the package becomes your responsibility. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Can I exchange or return my purchase?

when ordering a customized sign, it is your responsibility to give us as much detail as possible when ordering, please review all spelling and dates before submitting your final order.


There are NO refunds and NO exchanges.


If you do have a concern or you are not happy with your order please contact us - we want everyone to love their designs so we will work with you to resolve any issues.
